![]() Experience the Sensation!! The Chi Exerciser can offer the benefits of aerobic exercise without stress or impact on the joints. Although passive aerobic exercise does not increase the heart rate or burn as many calories as true aerobic exercise, you can still enjoy many other remarkable aerobic benefits such as increased circulation, oxygenation of the blood, and movement of the lymph fluids, which can all be beneficial to the immune system. The gentle lateral movement of the machine causes your body to move back and forth which, in turn, promote loosening of the joints in the hips and spine and relaxation of the muscles in the back. Movement of the Lymph Fluids Is Very Important The lymphatic system is spread like a web throughout the body. There are tiny vessels that carry a colorless fluid called lymph. Suspended in the fluid are lymphocytes, white blood cells whose purpose is to fight disease and infection. Connecting this network are small bean sized organs called lymp nodes; the lymph nodes, which are connected in the arm pits, neck, groin, chest, and abdomen, filter the fluid and initiate the body's immune response. The lymphatic system, which also includes the spleen, thymus, tonsils, and bone marrow, is constantly defending the body against millions of' microscopic attackers. The lymphatic system is given considerable attention in the treatment of toxicity as well as reducing edema. Lack of exercise can cause the lymphatic system to become sluggish which can cause circulation to the tissue cells to be impaired. This, in turn, affect the removal of toxic waste. If the toxins are not eliminated from the cells effectively, this can lead to many different disorders which can affect the immune system. How Important Is Oxygen to a Healthy Body? Symptoms of oxygen deficiency may include overall body weakness, fatigue, circulation problems, poor digestion, muscle aches and pains, depression, and memory loss. When the immune system is compromised by a lack of oxygen, our body is more susceptible to bacteria, viral parasitic infections, colds, and flu. Oxygen deprivation can also lead to life threatening diseases, such as cancer. Cancer and most other infections or disease do not live well in an oxygen rich environment. Oxygen is the source of life energy to all cells in the body. Decreased oxygen in the environment, polluted air, lack of exercise, stress, and shallow breathing are among the factors that contribute to a chronic lack of oxygen in our cells. When our body is oxygen deficient, vital nutrients from food and nutritional supplements cannot be metabolized effectively, and toxins and pollutants cannot be properly oxidized and eliminated. Do you suffer from diabetes, neuropathy, stiff muscles, low back pain, poor circulation, fibromyalgia, arthritis, or insomnia? When you feel comfortable with a 15-minute session, you may want to start working on your second 15-minute session. At your discretion, you may work up to two or more sessions per day. Some individuals work up to 3 or more 15-minute sessions per day. Keep in mind, everyone's body is different. Some individuals may take longer to work up to three or more sessions per day.
